LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Alicia Silverstone has fond memories of Brittany Murphy, her co-star in 1995’s “Clueless” – the film that launched them both to fame. “I always felt connected to her as we shared a very special experience in our lives together,” she said in a statement to Access Hollywood , hours after news broke that Brittany had died on Sunday morning at the age of 32. “I feel love in my heart for her – and hope she is at peace. This is truly sad.”
